Hey! We’re America! We can violate the laws of physics as long as we keep it [...] I’ve decided I can’t resist printing some of the yummy goodness coming out of the Harry Reid press office about Sue Lowden. Not so much for it’s value as a campaign tool against her, but rather as an example of how opposition research, or “oppo,” should be done. Just think all the days that went into it. Brings a tear to the old Monger’s eye, it does… [...] Wow! I feel like a kid in a candy store! Just look at all those nifty candidates I get to pick from in the Nevada Republican primary for the U.S. Senate, now that I’m a Nevada Republican! (RJ) How do we do it, us’n Nevada Republicans? I mean: how do we settle for just ONE of these gems, [...] Now that I’m an official Nevada Republican*, unlike backstabbers like Chuck Muth, I’ve had a complete change of perspective about all sorts of things, including humor. Take the illustration to the right. it is totally tasteless and not a bit funny. Depicting the senseless car bombing of a serious candidate for the United States Senate is just beyond [...] Following up on that book called “World Without Us,” I was wondering, what would the World Without Gibbons be like? For example, what would campaign finance be without the governor setting the highest standards? The [campaign finance] disclosure laws are so weak that Gov. Jim Gibbons created a legal No, really! Once in awhile the Las Vegas Review-Journal, or the Muthwannabe Times-Herald as we call it around the 'Monger manse, comes out against the Gibbers. However, what makes the current RJ spew particularly perplexing, is that they rake the Gube over the coals for actually calling for a reduction in a tax, that tax, perversely, [...] |
