Senator Ensign (R-here/hair) missed the vote on cloture for the FISA bill. Democrats voted to kill the bill because, well, it sucked and it wouldn’t allow folk to sue telecom companies for caving to fed spooks who wanna see who you’re talking to. (Senate,AAS)
