So, how long does Budget Director Andrew Clinger have left before he takes the bullet for the latest goobernatorial goof-up?
After Clinger and the Goober were sued by Mary Keating because she thought she was fired from her state job in retaliation for letting the taxpayers of Nevada know that the Goob was burning through their money stalking a Chrissy Mazzeo lookalike via his text-messaging service, she's now suing them and the shell-shocked Ben Kickheifer over putatively libelous statements made by the Gibber's team in their ever more desperate attempts to distract from his gross incompetence and general looniness. Unfortunately for Clinger, the allegedly libelous words are sitting out there on the Internets for all to see:

Keating's new complaint, however, says that she was never given any reason for her dismissal and was certainly never informed it was "work-performance related." (Sun)
And if she really was terminated for "work-performance related" reasons, why did the state hire her back in what Cowkicker claims is a better job?
Are we beginning to see a pattern here? When the Gube wants to dump a gal, he never wants to tell her why. Just ask Dawn.
Frankly, it's beginning to look like Gibbers' staffers deserve combat pay. How long is the burn out rate? About six months? A year, maybe?
So, place your bets! How much longer will Clinger be allowed to snuggle with the wife in state offices?

Citizens can only pray that the goober and these cronies have to pay for any lawsuits from their own accounts.
Citizens’ taxes should not pay for blunders generated from the goober’s office.. whether the blunders and mendacities were perpetrated by the goober or by his minions.

What is the over under, on how many people Gibbons will bring down with him? It is like watching a sinking ship, It’s just a matter if it will go under before Dec. 2010. The State is a mess from top to bottom with no leadership. This boat has been top heavy for some time. Cut 50-75% of admin in the State and keep the people that actually provide a service to the citizens of Nevada.
